Led the team through the operational design of the Nike Rise - South Korea store to include: labor modeling, staffing, training, building and opening the Flagship Store

Brokered an exciting relationship between BD and EVO creating a first ever climb concept store in the EVO Salt Lake Campus. From lease to concept design this became a one of a kind physical representation of the brand.
